Essential Consultants in Real Estate Attorneys and Finance: The program will contract with experienced real estate attorneys and financial consultants to guide and assist cohort participants. The attorneys will offer support in deal structure, joint venture and partnership setup, and legal assistance. The finance consultants will help create project budgets, proformas, and capital stacks. These consultants will bring outside perspectives, insights, and expertise from their experience in the field, assisting participants to navigate challenges and ensure the success of their development projects.
Feasibility and Anticipation of Challenges: The program will help participants determine critical feasibility items necessary for project success. By providing insights into potential challenges during a project, the program aims to prevent setbacks and equip participants with the skills to anticipate and address obstacles.
Financial Modeling and Real Estate Financing: The consultants will assist in performing financial modeling for real estate financing.
